This weekend Declan had a lot of fun! It was his first birthday!!! On Friday, Grandma and Grandpa Alberta came and stayed the night, then on Saturday Grandpa and Grandma Keenan, cousins Sam and Sara, Grandpa Brady, Uncle Jake and Megan and Brandon all came from out of town for his birthday party at Do-it-All sports. Julie and Denise from work came, and of course Nana was there. The party ended up being really fun. For the first hour everyone played around a little, Megan and Grandma Alberta took Declan to the foam pit while Jake, Devin and Sam played on the basketball court. They were later joined by Nana and Megan. Sara and I played a little volleyball with Grandma and Grandpa Alberta. It was fun, but a little hard to do with only 4 people. After that, we had pizza made and we had cake and opened gifts. Declan got sooo much! Devin and I will have to go through his toys and weed out ones he doesn't play with anymore to make room for the new ones! Here are some pictures to enjoy!

We got him his own little cupcake to eat. I don't think he really knew what to think at first. He looked to us to see what he should do. When he figured out that it tasted good, he went to town!
