We spent this past weekend in Marshfield with Grandma and Grandpa Keenan. Friday night, we were able to hang out for a little bit in the evening and enjoyed pizza (Declan's favorite!) with everyone. We woke up bright and early to start our Saturday with them as well. We went over to Wildwood Park to see the animals. There was a big Easter egg hunt going on, but we did not participate in that. We brought Declan's bike along and he rode it all over. He particularly liked Miss Grizz. He thought she was pretty cool, and every few minutes he would stop and ask to see the bear. We had to move him quickly away from the cougars because they were very interested in the tasty looking boy who was riding the brightly colored bicycle, and they were going a little nuts. I also had to bust out some ninja moves on some geese that would not let us pass. I think there was a nest near by, and they weren't going to budge. With my awesome "skills" I was able to shoo them away!
Saturday night, Devin and I were treated to out favorite Marshfield outing, a dinner at Royal Tokyo which is a Japanese hibachi grill. The food was Epic, and Tony the chef was entertaining as always!!! Sunday morning was filled with an Easter egg hunt for Declan. He seemed to pick it up right away and only threw one eggs. After a while, he would stand in the middle of the back yard and go "Eggs.... eggs? Hello?" He was calling them. It was quite humerous. Little miss Molli was quite content all weekend, and just ate up all the attention she was getting. She smiled away all weekend. Before we left we had a nice Easter dinner with everyone. So we had a great time! It was nice to see everyone!
