Halloween Prep and all that Jazz...

So I guess I'll start from today and work my way backward. Tonight we had Declan color his little pumpkin. He liked it much more than helping Daddy carve the pumpkin. At first he seemed to like it, but then when he saw Devin digging all the junk out of the pumpkin he wouldn't touch it and wanted to get down. So he colored his little one instead.

He put the bowl on his own head, and was all prepared to help Devin carve the pumpkin, but changed his mind!

These next few are from Saturday at Little Farmer when we went to pick out a pumpkin. He was pretty happy until we had to take him out of the playground. Then things didn't go so well!

Of course, he never looks at the camera!

This is at the Kids Expo on Saturday morning. They invited all of the kids from the community to go down to the fairgrounds dressed in costumes for various activities. He was a little young for a lot of the activites, but he seemed to like sitting in the ambulance (although he was making me nervous by pushing all of the buttons. His little fingers were awful close to the airhorn!) and he liked the petting zoo.

I love this picture!! He was laughing when I took it.

We tried to get his face painted. He ended up with a black dot... it was supposed to be a spider. Oh well.

PS - June - Thanks for the package you sent. Declan LOVES the chipmunks movie. He was watching it and giggling!
